Two-room apartment

Cottage consisting of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and outdoor dining area. In the room a double bed and a bunk bed. For small children a cot with sides is available. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, TV, automatic pellet stove with open fire. Fully equipped for a holiday home in the mountains. The house is located in a very quiet old village consisting of seven stone houses on the edge of the forest. To unload the car, you arrive near the house.  Here the road ends and the paths continue. There is no traffic, no noise, no danger.   The Bionaz area is rich in water and alpine lakes. Lake Lexert surrounded by meadows and a picnic area is in the village, a 10-minute walk away by footpath.

Two-room apartment in an old barn, renovated in 2009. Suitable for 4 - 5 persons. Large living area and bedroom all in wood. Consists of wooden and stone kitchenette - oven - fridge with small freezer - satellite TV.                                Bathroom with shower. For small children you can have a cot with sides. Fully equipped for a holiday home in the mountains. Situated in a very quiet old village on the edge of the forest.                 Here the road ends with a car park serving the village and hikers. Suitable for all sports that bring you into direct contact with nature: hiking, climbing, rock climbing, trekking, etc. A small lake suitable for families with children, surrounded by meadows for playing and a picnic area is located in the village, a 10-minute walk away. Good, fresh spring water in the house. In the village the fountain belongs to everyone.
