Cottage consisting of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and outdoor dining area. In the room a double bed and a bunk bed. For small children a cot with sides is available.

Kitchen with fridge and freezer, TV, automatic pellet stove with open fire. Fully equipped for a holiday home in the mountains. The house is located in a very quiet old village consisting of seven stone houses on the edge of the forest. To unload the car, you arrive near the house. 

Here the road ends and the paths continue. There is no traffic, no noise, no danger.  

The Bionaz area is rich in water and alpine lakes.

Lake Lexert surrounded by meadows and a picnic area is in the village, a 10-minute walk away by footpath.
